Nose: Persistant, but delicate mousse. Fresh aroma reminding of yogurt, with notes of milk caramel, elderberry, and kaki.
Palate: Fine, delicate bubbling very refreshing on the palate.
Finish: Finish is pleasantly clean, with lingering flavour of almond milk, and almond jelly.
